摘 要:根据聚苯硫醚短纤维纺丝和加工工艺对摩擦性能的要求,研究了含油率、环境温度、环境湿度和纤维卷曲状态对聚苯硫醚短纤维摩擦性能的影响。结果表明:随着含油率的增加,纤维的平滑性先变好后变差,抱合性持续增加;提高环境温度,有利于提高纤维的平滑性和抱合性;提高环境湿度,纤维的平滑性下降,抱合性增加。Based on the spinning and processing requirement for the friction property of polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) staple fiber, the influences of oil content, ambient temperature and humidity and fiber crimp on the friction property of PPS staple fiber were studied. The results showed that the fiber smoothness became better firstly and then worse, but the fiber cohesion continuou- ly increased as the oil content was increased. The elevation of ambient temperature was helpful to the smoothness and cohesion of the fiber. The fiber smoothness decreased and the cohesion increased as the ambient humidity was increased.
