摘　　要：在调研与数据分析的基础上,对影响办公系统电子文件归档的原因进行了深入剖析,并从宏观上为推进电子式归档提出了建议。重点对以下问题进行了论述:脱机移交与在线归档的特点与要求,电子式归档对文件生成系统的要求,如何使业务管理系统适于业务管理需要,以及怎样在系统开发中保护用户利益。Based on survey and data analysis,the authors deeply studied the reasons that impact electronic documents archiving in Office Automation System,the solution to promote the electronic archiving at macro level is also suggested.In this paper,following issues were particularly discussed：the characteristics and requirements of offline transfer and online archiving,the requirement of electronic archiving towards record generation system,how to makes business management system adapt to the needs of business management,and how to protect the interests of users among process of system development.
