摘　　要：掌握国际化影响下的粮食定价权,控制市场化背景下的粮食价格稳定成本,是稳定中国粮食价格的关键和必要条件。基于中国中长期粮食供求紧张趋势,必须协调贸易政策与国内政策、当前目标和长远目标之间的关系,必须采取构筑中国粮食价格防火墙、实行粮食供求动态紧平衡、强化市场作用和完善政府干预等政策。It is critical and necessary conditions to control the cost of market-oriented grain price stability and dominant domestic food prices due to grain internationalization.Based on long-term trends of tight grain supply and demand,China must coordinate the relationship between trade policy and domestic policy,the current goals and the long-term goals,and take policies such as building firewalls of domestic grain prices,implementing dynamic tight grain supply and demand balance,strengthening the role of the market and improving the government intervention.
