摘 要:利用传输矩阵法,设计了一维光子晶体滤波器,主要分析了缺陷层为F,结构为A(BA)NF(AB)MA的一维光子晶体的透过率的两个因素:A与B的厚度比和中间缺陷层。对A与B的厚度比和中间缺陷层对透射率的影响进行了计算机仿真研究,给出了一维光子晶体滤波器的设计方法。利用一维光子晶体中TM模与TE模的本征方程,针对光通信中常用的波长做了光子晶体全反射镜的设计和优化,并将一维光子晶体器件应用在卡塞格伦光学天线系统中,设计制作出一套空间光通信系统。A filter made of one-dimensional photonic crystals was designed with the transfer matrix method.Of the one-dimensional photonic crystal with F defect layer and the A(BA)^NF(AB)^M A structure,the two primary factors were the ratio of the thickness between A and B,and the middle defect layer.The ratio of the transmissivity,which is influenced by the ratio of the thickness between A and B and the middle defect layer,was simulated through the computer.The design methodology of the one-dimensional photonic crystal filter was thus achieved.The design and optimization of a photonic crystal total internal reflection mirror was investigated for the wavelength of optical communication,which is assisted by the eigenvalue equations of the TE and TM modes of the one-dimensional photonic crystal.Finally,an interspaces optical communication system was designed by the one-dimensional photonic crystal applied to the Cassegrain optical antenna system.
