摘 要:用免疫电镜技术观察了阿片μ受体(MOR)在猫脊髓背角浅层内的超微定位分布。电镜下观察发现MOR样免疫反应产物主要位于小树突和无髓纤维内,偶见有阳性的胞体。MOR阳性树突多与阴性轴突终末形成对称性突触,个别为非对称性突触。背角浅层内分布有一定数量的MOR阳性无髓纤维,但仅观察到少量阳性轴突终末,且其中大部分并不与其周围结构形成突触连接。本研究结果为MOR在脊髓水平参与阿片类物质镇痛过程中存在突触前和突触后两种机制提供了明确的形态学证据。The ultrastructural localization of μ opioid receptor (MOR) in the superficial layers of the cat spinal cord was investigated by electron microscopy. Dense MOR like immunoreactivity (MOR LI) was distributed in the superficial layers (laminae Ⅰ and Ⅱ) of the dorsal horn. Ultrastructural examination showed that MOR LI was mainly localized in dendritic profiles, especially in the small dendritic profiles, which mainly formed asymmetric synaptic contacts with negative axon terminals. An amount of axon terminals were labeled with MOR LI, but most did not make synaptic contact with dendrites or cell bodies. In addition, MOR LI was occasionally found in neuronal cell bodies; immunoreative products were mainly located under membrane. The present results provided evidence for involvement of MOR in opioids analgesia by both presynaptic and postsynaptic mechanisms in the spinal cord of the cat.
