摘  要:建立了双圆弧节曲线设计的非线性规划模型,并用Matlab7.0求解,确定了节曲线形状。在此基础上,设计制造了50mL/r排量的非圆行星齿轮机构。以1台进口SP-50液压马达为母体,以1.5%的水基乳化液为工作介质,在同种工况下对自制和原装齿轮机构进行测试。结果表明,在300~800r/min的正常转速范围内,自制和原装齿轮机构的输出转矩及工作效率基本一致。A non-linear programming model for double-arc pitch curve design was built,and was solved by Matlab7.0 in order to determine the pitch curve shape.On this basis,a non-circular planetary gear mechanism of 50 mL/r displacement was designed and manufactured.With an imported SP-50 hydraulic motor as the parent,and 1.5% water-based emulsion as the working medium,the self-made gear mechanism and the original one were tested in the same condition.The results show that in the normal speed range of 300~800 r/min,the torque and efficiency of the self-made gear mechanism are close to those of the original one.
