摘　　要：探讨了尿素造粒塔的腐蚀机理;论述了尿素造粒塔内、外壁的腐蚀形式和防腐蚀措施;比较了玻璃鳞片胶泥结构(VEGF)与玻璃钢(FRP)结构的防腐蚀特性和使用效果;总结了玻璃鳞片衬里作为新型防腐技术在尿素造粒塔防腐蚀设计和施工中的优势。Author has discussed the corrosion mechanism of urea prilling tower;and also the corrosion type and its anti-corrosion measure for inside/outside wall of urea prilling tower;has compared the anti-corrosion feature and application effect of VEGF with FRP;has summarized the superiority in design and construction for anti-corrosion of urea prilling tower where the glass flake lining is taking as the new type anti-corrosion technology.
