摘　　要：在介绍产业集群理论的基础上,分析了建筑产业集群现象及特点,阐述了建筑产业集群效应,提出以产业集群作为建筑业发展的新思路,并对建筑产业集群化发展的两条路径进行探讨,提出应注意的问题和措施建议。Based on the theory of industry cluster, the phenomena and characters of construction industry cluster are analyzed, and the cluster effect is expatiated. This paper brings forward taking industry cluster as a new path to de- velop construction industry and discusses the two routes, problems that should be noticed and some advice.
