酚微生物传感器快速测定仪的研制

摘　　要：介绍一种以微生物膜电极为传感器的酚快速测定仪的结构和工作原理、技术性能和应用。仪器传感器的寿命可达１ａ以上；对酚类物质的线性响应范围为０．１～２０ｍｇ／Ｌ；响应时间为５～１０ｍｉｎ；与酚标准法对照同步测定废水样品，结果相关性良好，相对误差≤４％，是一种具有实用价值的分析仪器。The　construction,working　principle,technologic　performance　and　application　of　a　fast　phenol　analyzer　with　microbial　menbrane　pole　as　sensor　are　introduced.The　life　of　the　sensor　can　reach　more　than　one　year,the　linear　response　range　of　phnenol　is　0.1～20　mg/L　and　the　response　time　is　5～10　min.The　waste　water　of　synchronous　detecting　is　compared　to　the　phenol　standard　method,the　result　shows　that　its　relativity　is　better,the　relative　error　is　less　than　4%.It　is　an　analyzer　of　strong　practicability.
