摘　　要：本文在对勘于阗文书和敦煌石窟遗书的基础上,探讨了吐蕃文书Pt.1188《敕命委任状》和Pt.1082《致归义军仆射张淮深书》的写作时间和作者,勾勒出甘州回鹘汗国的早期历史。认为,甘州回鹘政权的第一代可汗登里可汗就是太子狄银,也就是唐昭宗册封的天睦可汗。907年左右,甘州回鹘政权日趋稳定,势力逐步强大。Based on the comparison and collation of Khotan documents and Dunhuang manuscripts,the article discusses the writing times and authors of the Tibetan documents Pt.1188 'Letter of attorney by emperor to his chancellor' and Pt.1082 'A letter to Zhang Huaishen,a major-domo of Gui-yi-jun regime' ,and then outlines the early history of Ganzhou Uighur Khanate. The author holds that the first generation khan Tηri Khan of Ganzhou Uighur was prince Tigin,also known as Tianmu Khan confered by Emperor Zhaozong of the Tang Dynasty. Around 907 AD,the Uighur regime in Ganzhou was increasingly stable and became powerful.
