摘　　要：在现有规范分项系数设计表达式的基础上,首先依据可靠度理论校核规范实际隐含的可靠指标,并以此为依据确定目标可靠指标;其次通过引入荷载等超概率原则,分别计算出60年基准期下几种可变荷载的统计参数;最终在假定恒载、抗力分项系数不变的前提下,通过调整可变荷载分项系数、组合值系数来达到预定的目标可靠指标。修正后的60年设计基准期下的分项系数设计表达式在形式上与现有规范相协调,方便工程应用。Based on the partial factors format of design,the reliability index of the design code is calculated with the method of calibration,and based on which the target reliability index is determined.Furthermore,the statistical parameters of some variable loads in 60-year design reference period are calculated,by the principle of equal exceeding probability.Finally,it is assumed that the dead load factor and resistance factor are invariable,only the live load factor and coefficient for combination value are revised to satisfy the target reliability index.The new partial factors format of design in 60-year design reference period is in conformity with the design code,and it is also convenient for the engineering application.
