摘  要:CCTV主楼为体型独特的复杂连接结构,构件加工制作和现场安装难度大,特别是主楼悬臂部分具有悬挑跨度大、重量重、双向倾斜高空折形对接、多接头异型构件多、安装风险大等施工特点,安装施工难度大。主要介绍CCTV主楼钢结构的施工详图设计、构件加工、悬臂现场安装及相关的结构控制技术。CCTV New Site main building is a kind of complex conjunction structure with unique body.There are many difficulties in the fabrication and on-site installation of its components,especially in those with a cantilever which is characterized by the large cantilever span,heavy weight,two-way tilt-shaped butt off at a high altitude,a large number of multi-joint multi-shaped components,high risks in installation,so its installation and construction are extremely difficult.This paper predominantly describes the detailed steel construction design of the CCTV main building,component processing,the on-site installation of the cantilever and other associated structural control technologies.
