摘　　要：本文介绍了在保持普通笔式DVM(数字电压表)3211B体积和接出线根数的前提下增加测量射频与脉冲的功能,检测振荡回路、向AV电路注入信号定位故障点、用声音寻迹AV信号、测量线圈短路、分辨小于1/100Ω电阻差异;确定PCB(Printed circuitboard,PCB,印刷电路板)短路点和测量上安培电流等功能,用于检测医疗电子设备的实验及其原理。This paper describes an experienment and its principle to add the functions such as probing RF and pulse signals, detecting oscillations, injecting signal into AV circuits to locate bugs, tracing pulse or AV signals by sound, detecting short coil, distinguishing resistance which is less than 1/100Ω, locating short point on PCB, measuring more than Ampere current （the ordinary type usually can measure no more than 0.2 Ampere） while it still remains the size and the probe number of the ordinary pen-type DVM 3211B.
