摘 要:目的探讨乳腺癌能量多普勒血流信号平均密度(MCVD)与微血管密度(MVD)及血管内皮生长因子-C(VEGF-C)表达的关系。方法采用能量多普勒超声成像检测乳腺癌肿块内MCVD。采用免疫组化SP法检测35例乳腺癌中VEGF-C的表达,并用CD34标记新生血管内皮细胞,计算乳腺癌肿块内MVD。结果VEGF-C在乳腺癌组织中的阳性表达率显著高于乳腺结节样增生组织(P<0.01),乳腺癌肿块中MVD、MCVD明显增高(P<0.01),VEGF-C表达强度与MVD呈正相关(P<0.01),MVD与MCVD呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论血管生成是与VEGF-C表达密切相关,通过能量多普勒超声成像技术与MVD、VEGF-C检测结合,能很好地评估乳腺癌血管生成。Objective To investigate the relationships between mean color vessel density (MCVD), microvessel density (MVD) and the expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor-C (VEGF-C) in primary breast carcinoma. Methods MCVD was observed preoperatively using power Doppler imaging, the expression of VEGF-C in 35 cases of breast carcinoma was detected by immunohistochemistry SP method, and blood vessel endothelial cells were labelled by CD34 and MVD the breast carcinoma was assayed. Results The positive expression rates of VEGF-C was remarkably higher in breast carcinoma than those in breast nodular hyperplasia (P〈0.01), MVD and MCVD were significantly increased (P〈0.01). There were positive correlation between the expression intensity of VEGF and MVD, MVD and MCVD (P〈0.01). Conclusion Angiogenesis is closely correlated with the expression of VEGF-C in primary breast carcinoma. Joint use of power Doppler imaging and MVD, VEGF-C can illustrate the angiogenesis of a primary breast carcinoma.
