马来酸桂哌齐特对心力衰竭患者心功能及BNP水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨马来酸桂哌齐特对心力衰竭患者心功能及脑钠利尿肽(brain natriuretic peptide,BNP)水平的影响。方法将146例按纽约心脏协会分级≥Ⅲ级的慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为马来酸桂哌齐特组和心先安组(对照组),对患者治疗前后BNP、左心室射血分数(left ventricular ejection fraction,LVEF),左心室舒张末内径(left ventricular end-diastolic dimension,LVEDD)进行对照比较。结果经过15 d治疗,马来酸桂哌齐特组和对照组BNP水平、LVEF、LVEDD比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。马来酸桂哌齐特组收缩压、舒张压、丙氨酸氨基转移酶水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论马来酸桂哌齐特注射液可以明显降低心力衰竭患者的BNP水平以及改善心脏功能,改善患者的临床症状和预后。Objective To investigate the effect of cinepazide maleate on heart function and brain natriuretic peptide（BNP） level in heart failure patients. Methods A total of 146 patients with the heart function≥Ⅲ grade were divided into cinepazide maleate treated group（76 cases） and meglumine cyclic adenylate control group（70 cases）. After 15 days treatment,the BNP level, left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF）,left ventricular end-diastolic dimension（LVEDD） were compared between the cinepazide Maleate treated group and control group, the systolic pressure, diastolic pressure,and glutamic pyruvic transaminase level were also measured before and after cinepazide maleate treatment. Results After 15 days treatment,the differences between cinepazide maleate group and control group were significant in BNP level, LVEF and LVEDD（ P 〈0.01）. The differences between pretreatment and post-treatment in the level of systolic pressure, diastolic pressure and glutamate pyruvate transaminase in cinepazide maleate group（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Cinepazidem maleate treatment can obviously reduce the BNP level and heart function, meanwhile improve the patient＇s clinical symptom and prognosis.
