摘  要:目的:观察去窦弓神经(SAD)对大鼠心肌组织重构的影响。方法:10周龄SD大鼠行SAD术或假手术(Sham),用组织病理学和计算机图像分析技术对SAD术后4,8,16和32周及相应Sham组大鼠的心肌连续切片进行观察和比较。结果:与Sham组相比,SAD大鼠心肌内冠状血管管壁呈进行性增厚、玻璃样变,管腔狭窄,血管周围纤维化和间质纤维化,心肌细胞肿胀、坏死和炎细胞浸润。在16和32周出现取代缺失心肌细胞的纤维瘢痕。Objective: To study the effects of longterm sinoaortic denervation (SAD) on the myocardial remodeling in rats. Methods: SD rats under either SAD or shamoperation denervation at age of 10 weeks. Serial sections of myocardium were examined and compared at 4,8,16 and 32 weeks after SAD by histopathological and computer image analysis techniques. Results: Compared with sham controls, a progressive hyalinization and thicked wall of coronary arteries; perivascular fibrosis and interstitial fibrosis were observed in SAD rats. Myocardiocytes were swelling and necrotic, and mononuclear cells infiltrated. Foci fibrillar scar which replaced the damaged myocardiocyte was found at 16 and 32 weeks after SAD. Conclusion: Myocardial remodeling induced by purely blood pressure lability is similar to that observed in wellestablished experimental and clinical hypertensive states.
