摘　　要：目的建立高效液相色谱（HPLC）测定屏风生脉胶囊中的人参皂苷Rg1的含量的方法,更有效地控制该产品质量。方法色谱柱为KromasilODS-1C18,流动相为乙腈∶水（19∶81）。结果准确、可靠,重现性好,回收率为95%～105%,RSD为1.85%。结论该标准可用于屏风生脉胶囊的质量控制。Objective To establish the qulity standard for Pingfeng Shengmai Capsule Metheds The identification and inspect were carried out DL-tetrahydropalmatine in preparation was determined by HPLC. The HPLC Conditions： KROMASIL ODS-1C18 column, mobil phase of melthyl cyanide-water（19：81）. Results HPLC methed was accurate and reliable, the recovery was 95-105%, RSD was 1.85%.Conclusion This standard can be used for the quality control of Pingfeng Shengmai Capsule.
