摘 要:目的突破常规心理训练方法,把建立在神经生理基础上的大脑皮层功能优化-整合训练法应用于运动员日常训练,探讨其对优秀射击射箭运动员应激反应性焦虑预测结果的调控作用。方法在上海市射击射箭中心选取一线运动员28名,分别比较训练组和对照组《SMMU军事应激反应性焦虑预测量表》、《状态-特质焦虑量表》测试分值是否有显著下降,进而比较大脑皮层功能优化-整合训练法对何种焦虑预测可能的运动员影响效果明显。结果训练组训练前后状态焦虑值、特质焦虑值均显著下降(38.76±9.444,32.43±6.030;39.10±8.977,35.00±6.317;P<0.05),对照组无显著变化。训练组中,焦虑预测高分组应激下焦虑预测值、状态焦虑值、特质焦虑值均显著下降(77.25±4.921,67.88±8.202;45.13±10.246,33.75±4.950;45.25±7.649,37.25±4.367;P<0.05),焦虑预测低分组、中间组无显著变化。结论大脑皮层功能优化-整合训练法能够降低运动员,尤其是未来应激下高焦虑可能的运动员的焦虑预测结果。Objective To break the conventional psychological training methods,and by the cerebral cortex function optimization-integrated training method which established on the basis of neural hearing in the daily training of athletes,discuss its role for stress-induced anxiety forecast in the excellent shooting archer.Methods A total of 28 excellent athlete in Shanghai Archery Center,contrasted 《The scale of SMMU military anxiety in predicted stress》(SMMU)and 《State-Trait Anxiety Inventory》 scores of training group and control group separately,further investigated the conventional psychological training method's different impact on each anxiety forecasting group.Results The state and trait anxiety of the training group decreased significantly(38.76±9.444,32.43±6.030;39.10±8.977,35.00±6.317;P0.05),the cntrol group had no significant change.In the training group,the score of forecast stress-induced anxiety,the state and trait anxiety in hign forecast anxiety group all decreased significantly(77.25±4.921,67.88±8.202;45.13±10.246,33.75±4.950;45.25±7.649,37.25±4.367;P0.05),the low and middle forecast anxiety group had no significant change.Conclusion The cerebral cortex function optimization-integrated training method can cut down the anxiety forecast in stress of athletes,especially who have a high probability of anxiety under future stress.
