摘 要:目的了解影响高一学生心理健康状况的个性特征,旨在指导学生心理健康教育工作,为中学生建立良好人际关系提供科学依据。方法对851名高一学生用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和艾森克人格问卷成人版(EPQ)测量,按照SCL-90量表各个因子分为分组标准(分为3组),被试至少有1个因子的因子分≥3分者为3组,所有因子的因子分均<2分者为1组,其余均分为2组。对3个组EPQ量表个性特征的均分进行单因素方差分析,多重比较采用LSD-t检验。结果851名高一学生中有77名存在各种中度以上的心理问题,占9.05%;有392名存在各种轻度心理问题,占46.06%;其余382名学生心理健康状况良好,占44.89%。方差分析结果提示3组之间在EPQ量表的L、E、N、P因子差异均有显著性(F=10.614~202.364,P=0.000),其中以N因子差异最有显著性(F=202.364,P=0.000)。LSD-t检验进一步对L、E、N、P因子进行多重比较,3组与1组和2组在L、E、N、P因子差异均有显著性(P<0.01~0.001);2组与1组在L、E、N、P因子差异均有显著性(P<0.05~0.001)。结论高N因子分是引起高一学生心理问题明显的主要个性特征,并与P因子分偏高和L、E因子分偏低有关,中学阶段培养学生良好个性对促进心理健康和改善人际关系至关重要。Objective To learn about personality characteristics to influence students' mental health in Grade One of Senior School and provide scientific methods for guiding the teaching of mental health.Methods A total of 851 students in grade one,senior school were involved by using SCL-90 and EPQ,according to the grouping criteria of different factors in SCL-90.The group in SCL-90 had at least one factor which factor scores exceeded or egual to3 as Group 3;did not exceed2 as group 1;the others were Group 2.Then we conducted variance analysis to the average scores of personality characteristics in the EPQ and tested the result in LSD-t.Results A total of 77 students had at least medium mental problems,accounting for 9.05%;392 students had various slight mental problems,accounting for 46.06%;the other 382 students were in good health,accounting for 44.89%.The result of the variance analysis suggests that there were significant differences in L,E,N,P on the EPQ between 3 groups(F=10.614~202.364,P=0.000),especially N(F=202.364,P=0.000).We made further comparison among L,E,N and P,Group 3 was quite differ from Group 1 and 2 in L,E,N,P(P0.01~0.001);Group 2 and Group 1 also showed differences in L,E,N,P(P0.005~0.001).Conclusion About 9.05% students in Grade One in Senior School have at least medium mental problems.Maybe the high N factor scores are the main personality characteristics to cause students' mental problems of Grade One in Senior School.
