红细胞活体染色后用光镜鉴别血尿法的评价

摘　　要：本文总结了尿红细胞活体染色后用普通光镜观察肾小球肾炎,尿毒症,肾盂肾炎的血尿标本70例,计算其尿畸形红细胞的排出量并相对照。结果表明肾小球肾炎与肾盂肾炎相对照有显著差异。肾小球肾炎与尿毒症因均属肾小球疾病,对照时无明显差异。说明临床上用该法鉴别肾小球和非肾小球性血尿有其价值。Hematuria is a common symptom of urinary systemic di seases, it is caused by complicated factors.Using vibal st aining Observedred cells morphology and counted deformedred cells amount in urine under light microscopy, We fou nd that these deformed cells Were increase dsignificantly. we thought this method may distinguishglomerulor hematuria from un-glomerular ematuria, it can avoid invaeive examination for patients, it is worthy of extensive application.
