摘　　要：综述脑卒中合并情感障碍的治疗要点，提出脑卒中合并情感障碍病人的急性期应注意病情观察、防止并发症的发生，用药护理。恢复期的护理重点是加强有效的社会支持、并发症的有效控制及相关心理健康知识的学习，以改善脑卒中病人的情感障碍，提高生活质量。It simply describes the treatment of patients with stroke combined emotion disorder. It puts forward the key points of nursing care for patients with stroke combined emotion disorder, that is to observe the conditions, prevent complications of critical patients in acute stage, and to nurse with medicine. The stress on nursing care in convalescent period is strengthening effective social support, controlling complications effectively and learning psychological knowledge, which is the leading way to alleviate emotion disorder and improve the quality of life in patients with stroke during convalescence period.
