20号留置针在治疗性血小板白细胞单采术中的应用及护理

摘　　要：目的研究20号留置针应用于血小板、自细胞单采术中对首次置管成功率、成功完成治疗率和患者满意度的影响。方法选择从2003年1月至2008年12月住院患者中血小板、白细胞单采术的适应症患者109例，患者和家属同意使用留置针为实验组共51例，不同意者使用16号动静脉穿刺针为对照组共58例，比较两组首次置管成功率、成功完成治疗率及患者满意度的差异。结果实验组首次置管成功率、成功完成治疗率及患者满意度均明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。治疗效果无显著差异性（P〉0．05）。结论20号留置针应用于血小板、白细胞单采术在不影响治疗效果的情况下可以提高首次置管成功率、成功完成治疗率及患者满意度。Objective To investigate the application of indwelling needle （20G） in the patients undergoing therapeutic leukapheresis and thromboeytapheresis and its effects on the success rate of the tube indwelling in the first time, successful completion rate of the treatment and satisfaction degree of patients. Methods One hundred and nine patients with indication for therapeutic leukapheresis and thrombeeytapheresis were selected from hospitalized patients during Jan. 2003 and Dec. 2008. 51 patients were applied the indwelling needle as experimental group whose families and themselves consented, while 58 patients who didn＇t consent to apply the indwelling needle were given the steel needle （ 16G）, and were set as the control group. The success rate of the tube indwelling in the first time, successful completion rate of the treatment and satisfaction degree of patients were compared between the two groups. Results The success rate of the tube indwelling in the first time, successful completion rate of the treatment and satisfaction degree of the patients in the experimental group were higher significantly than those in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） and the treatment effect had no obvious difference （ P 〉 0.05 ） . Conclusions Appling indwelling needle during therapeutic leukapheresis and thromboeytapheresis can improve success rate of the tube indwelling in the first time, successful completion rate of the treatment and satisfaction of patients, without decreasing of the treatment effect.
