舒适护理在癌症化疗患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨舒适护理模式在癌症化疗患者中的应用效果。方法将120例癌症化疗患者随机分为观察组（60例）和对照组（60例）。观察组运用舒适护理模式加以干预，对照组采用常规护理方法。采用问卷调查两组患者对护理工作的满意度。结果观察组对护理工作的满意度高于对照组（P〈0．01），化疗的不良反应发生率低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论在癌症化疗患者中应用舒适护理可提高癌症患者的生活质量，同时患者对护理工作的满意度也显著提高。Objective To study the effect of comfortable nursing on cancer patients treated with chemotherapy. Methods One hundred and twenty cancer patients treated with chemotherapy were randomly divided into two groups, sixty in the observation group and sixty in the control group. The observation group was received comfortable nursing, while the control group was received only traditional nursing. The satisfaction degree in the two groups was surveyed hy questionnaire. Results The satisfaction degree in the observation group was 98.4%, which was higher than that in the control group （81.7%） （P 〈0. 01） . The incidence of adverse reaction in the observation group was distinctly lower than that in the control group （P 〈 0. 05） . Conclusions Comfortable nursing for cancer patients receiving chemotherapy may make the patients feed satisfactory and their life quality is greatly improved.
