摘 要:目的通过持续质量改进的实施与效果评价,加强血站采血护理环节质量管理,减少血液的报废。方法依据《血站质量管理规范》在采血护理环节制定12项重要的质量考核项目和考核标准,并将采血环节造成的血液报废按凝块、不足量、渗血等6种原因进行统计分析。结果自2007年在采血护理质量考核实施以来,2007年和2008年与2006年相比差异具有极显著性意义(P〈0.0001),2008年与2007相比差异具有显著性意义(P〈0.05)。在血液报废原因方面,不足量是主要原因,2006年至2008年不足量报废血液占血液总量分别为1.13%、0.76%、0.69%。结论血站采血环节护理质量持续改进是保障血液安全以及减少血液浪费的重要举措。Objective In order to keep the blood discard rate to a minimum through the continuous quality improvement methods during blood collection. Methods According to 〈 Quality Management Regulations for Blood Bank 〉 , twelve quality rules and standard were drew up to monitor the nursery service. Discard rate was analyzed statistically according to agglutinating blot, low volume, blood oo- zing. Results Low volume was the main reason for blood discard, it was 1.13%, 0. 76%, 0. 69% in 2006, 2007, 2008 respectively. Since the quality rules and standard was implemented in 2006, there was great statistical significance in quality continuous improvement between 2006 and 2007 ( P 〈 0. 000 1 ) . Statistical significance existed between 2007 and 2008 ( P 〈 O. 05 ) . Conclusions Continuous quality im- prevement is an efficient method to lower the discard rate and blood can be collected more efficiently.
