家庭访视对髋关节置换术后患者康复的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨髋关节置换术后家庭访视对促进术后康复的有效性。方法选择2006年4月至2008年9月在某三级乙等医院骨科行髋关节置换术后患者60例，用抽签法随机分为常规指导组和家庭访视组，每组30例。对家庭访视组借签护理程序框架实施访视。于术后1个月末、3个月末评价两组患者髋关节功能及主要并发症发生率。结果家庭访视组术后1个月末、3个月末髋关节功能分别优于常规指导组（P〈0．05、P〈0．01），主要并发症发生率低于常规指导组（P〈0．05），差异有统计学意义。结论家庭访视能够明显提高髋关节置换术后早期功能康复效果，减少术后并发症，对恢复肢体功能，提高患者的生活质量起促进作用，是一种积极有效的术后家庭康复护理方法。Objective To evaluate the effect of family - visiting in early rehabilitation of patients after hip arthroplasty. Methods Sixty patients who had undergone hip arthroplasties in a three B Hospital between April 2006 and September 2008 period were randomly divided into conventional discharge - guiding group and family - visiting group, each had 30 cases. The family - visiting group was implemented in the way of the nursing procedure frame. They were followed up for their hip - joint function and postoperative complications at the end of 1 and 3 months after arthroplasty. Results Compared with conventional discharge - guiding group, the family - visiting group had significandy better hip - joint function （ P 〈 0.05 and P 〈 0. 01 ） and lower postoperative complications （ P 〈 0. 05） . Conclusions The family - visiting method could improve the recovery function in eary date after hip arthroplasty and reduce postoperative complications after arthroplasty. It plays an important role in promoting the patients＇life quality..So, the family -visiting is a positive and effective home -nursing in post- operative rehabilitation.
