摘 要:研究旨在观察侧耳菌处理秸秆对绵羊采食速度、采食量和饲粮养分表观消化率的影响,对降低饲养成本,指导实际生产具有重要意义。试验选择9只雄性成年绵羊,采用随机试验设计,测定侧耳菌组、氨化组和对照组的采食量和采食速度,采用全收粪法测定其表观消化率。结果表明,侧耳菌组采食速度、采食量显著高于对照组和氨化组(P<0.05),分别提高了106.32%和60%;中性洗涤纤维消化率和酸性洗涤纤维消化率极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),但与氨化组差异不显著(P>0.05),分别提高了28.85%和28.54%;粗蛋白消化率高于对照组和氨化组,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。Study on investigate the corn straw of cap fungus handling of intake, intake speed and diet apparent digestibility of nutrients influence, reducing the cost of feeding and guiding the actual production of great significance. Selected nine adult male sheep, experimental animals were chosen to be randomly trial designed, measure intake and intake speed of cap fungus handling group, the control group and ammonification group, adopt all manure to determination the apparent digestibility. The results showed that the intake and intake speed of cap fungus handling group were significantly higher than the control group and ammonification group (P〈 0.05), increased 106.32% and 60%, neutral scour fiber digestibility and acidity scour fiber digestibility signifi- cantly higher than the control group(P〈0.01 ), but the difference was not significant with ammonification group (P〉0.05), increased 28.85% and 28.54%, proteinum digestibility were higher than the control group and ammonification group, but the differences was not significant(P〉0.05).
