摘　　要：简要介绍了文献资源发展政策的基本内容,详细论述了文献资源发展政策部分内容编制过程中采取的策略和步骤,最后提出编制过程存在的一些亟待解决的具体问题,以便为国内图书馆界同仁制定文献资源发展政策提供参考。The basic articles of literature resource development policy were described in brief. The tactics and steps in establishing its certain articles were discussed in detail and some specific problems needing to be solved were pointed out in order to provide reference for libraries in formulating their literature resource development policies.
