运动疗法在糖尿病患者康复中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:观察运动疗法对糖尿病的治疗作用。方法:根据患者的年龄及对运动的适应性采用不同的运动处方,对50例患者进行4个月的运动训练,观察病人的空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖、血脂、血压、体重指数。结果:经运动训练后,患者的空腹血糖、餐后血糖、胆固醇均比治疗前明显下降。结论:运动疗法是糖尿病的一种有效治疗手段。Observe：To explore the exercise therapy for the treatment of diabetic patients under the age.Methods：Movement and the adaptability of different exercise prescription,50 patients with four months of training,and observation of the patient＇s fasting blood sugar,2 h postprandial glucose,Lipids,blood pressure,body mass index.Results：Exercise training patients impaired fasting glucose,postprandial glucose and cholesterol decreased than before treatment significantly.Conclusions ：Exercise therapy is an effective diabetes treatment.
