摘　　要：为应对园区大客流状态下的特殊情况,结合园外交通系统的特点,编制园外交通系统的截流方案十分必要。在园区可能出现的各种客流预警状况下,立足可操作性和可实施性,科学合理的编制各种交通方式的分流、限流和截流方案,保证世博参观客流的安全、有序、可控。In order to response specific situation under state of large passenger flow in 2010 Shanghai World Expo zone,it is necessary to lay out passenger flow control scheme based on outer zone transport system features. Under state of various passenger flow early warnings that would happen in the zone,the scheme for passenger flow diversion and limitation in different traffic ways should be based on operability and reasonability to ensure passenger flow safety,in good order and controllable.
