摘　　要：作为哈尔滨市首家村镇银行,巴彦县融兴村镇银行的介入为区域金融市场注入了新鲜血液,有力化解了长期以来困扰地方经济发展的资金缺口矛盾。但该行在经营过程中也面临着社会认知度较低、竞争压力较大、吸存能力较弱、机构设置单一、盈利能力有限等问题。应加大宣传力度,提高竞争能力,做好存款营销工作,尽快实现机构扩张,拓宽盈利多元化渠道,以加快村镇银行这一新兴金融业态的健康发展。As the first village bank in Harbin City, Bayan Rongxing Village Bank has injected fresh blood for the regional financial mar- kets, effectively resolved the funding gap contradiction long- troubled local economic development. However, in management process of the bank, the issues we face are as follows, social awareness is lower, competitive pressure is greater, sequestration capacity is weak, institution is single, profitability is limited and other issues. So we should intensify propaganda, improve competitiveness, make deposits marketing, expand institutional as soon as possible, broaden the channels for profitable diversification to speed up village bank＇s healthy development as a emerging financial sector.
