摘　　要：用固相化学反应法制取了Er2-xHox(WO4)3(x=0.0～0.4,1.2～2.0)系列固溶体,利用XRD实验及Rietveld结构精修分析研究了Er2-xHox(WO4)3系列固溶体的晶体结构和热膨胀性能,结果表明Er2-xHox(WO4)3(x=0.0～0.4,1.2～2.0)系列化合物沿着三个晶向是呈异性负热膨胀性能。A new series of solid solution Er2-xHox（WO4）3（x=0.0～0.4,1.2～2.0） have been successfully synthesized by the solid-state method.The crystal structural and thermal expansion properties of solid solution Er2-xHox（WO4）3 have been investigated with X-ray diffraction,and Riveted structural refinement.Negative thermal expansion of compounds Er2-xHox（WO4）3（x =0.0 ～0.4,1.2 ～2.0） are found to be anisotropic along the three crystallographic directions.
