摘  要:分析了循环水中Cu、Fe存在的形式和特点,提出了通过动态模拟试验求得铜、铁金属腐蚀速率,从而确定循环水Cu、Fe含量控制指标的方法。理论计算和现场测定表明:(1)循环水中溶解态Fe含量很低,系统中铁金属腐蚀产物或硫酸亚铁保护膜(保护膜)溶解产物多以不溶解的化合物形式存在,因此循环水中Fe含量对循环水系统中铁金属腐蚀或保护膜溶解速率的反映不明显;(2)通过循环水取样测得的Cu绝大多数为溶解态Cu,铜材质的腐蚀产物主要溶解在循环水中,所以循环水中铜腐蚀产物未达到溶解平衡时,循环水的Cu含量在一定程度上可反映铜材腐蚀速率和保护膜的好坏。The forms and features of existing Cu and Fe in circulating water have been analysed, and a method for determining the control index of Cu and Fe content in circulating water through metal corrosion rate of Cu and Fe obtained from dynamic simulation test being put forward. The theoritical calculation and measurement in the field show that: (1) the reflection of corrosion rate of carbon steel by using Fe content in circulation water isn't obvious due to the solubility of iron corrosion products and protective film of iron sulfate in the circulating water system is too low; (2) the reflection of corrosion rate of copper by using Cu content in circulating water is obvious due to corrosion products of copper are mainly dissolved in circulating water, hence, under condition of copper corrosion products in circulating water isn't reaching dissolution balance,the Cu content in circulating water can in certain degree reflect the corrosion rate of copper and the state of protective film.
