摘  要:介绍了国电谏壁发电厂7号~10号机组凝结水系统的改造情况。对凝结水泵变频改造后的运行安全性和经济性作了重点分析,对汽轮机猫爪和调节阀油动机冷却水系统提出了节能优化的方法,凝结水系统改造后,出水合格率达100%,锅炉连排门可少开或不开,混床再生酸碱用量降低,实现了安全、经济运行的目标。The retrofitted situation of condensate system for units no. 7 to no. 10 in Guodian Jianbi Pow-r Plant has been presented;the safety and economic efficiency in operation after retrofitting the condensate pumps into variable- frequency ones being emphatically analysed, the energy -saving optimization method of cooling water system for servomotors of steamturbine's catclaw and of the governing valves being put forward. After retrofitting of the cooling water system, the qualified rate of effluent water reaches 100 %, the continuous blowdown valve can be opened a little or fully closed, reducing the alkali consumption for regenration of the mixed bed, realizing the target of safe and economic operation.
