摘 要:分析了宿州发电厂600MW机组双流环密封油系统及其结构特点,认为1号机空侧密封油中进水的原因为汽端、励端密封瓦处大轴磨损使空侧、氢侧密封油串油所致。为防止空侧、氢侧密封油串油,运行中如果出现汽端、励端空氢侧平衡阀偏移,则微调整氢侧密封油再循环手动调压门;机组大、小修时应焊补机组汽端密封瓦大轴磨损处缺陷;检修时检查密封瓦间隙是否符合要求;加强密封油旋转滤网排污放水检查以及对密封油油质的检测。The dual- flow- ring seal oil system used for 600 MW unit in Suzhou Power Plant and the structure features of the sytem have been analysed,it is believed that the causes of water entering into seal oil at the air side of unit no. 1 are as follows:the worn- out of shaft at sealing shoe of the turbine end and the exicitor end makes the seal oil of air side and hydrogen side to be crossed. For this,in order to prevent the occurrence of said crossed phenomenon, when the offset of balanced valve between air side and hydrogen side at turbine end and exeitor end being discovered,it is necessary to carry out minute adjustment of the seal oil recirculation at the hydrogen side;during the time of major and temporary repairs,the defect of shaft worn- out at sealing shoe on turbine end of the unit should be welded; the clearance of sealing shoe has to be inspected during repair to satisfy the requirement;the inspection of blowdown water from rotary screen of seal oil, and the monitoring of seal oil quality should be strengthened.
