摘  要:某电厂3号机组汽轮机油仅运行3个月就严重劣化变质,为此进行了油质分析、旋转氧弹试验。结果表明,劣化的主要原因是新油抗氧化性能很差;更换新油后系统中残留的劣化产物导致新换油的破乳化度降低。对此,使用QZZ-6汽轮机油再生设备在运行中进行油处理后,彻底消除了油系统残余有机酯及油泥对油的不良影响。建议电厂在新油验收时进行旋转氧弹试验,以旋转氧弹值大于300 min标准进行验收,确保新油的抗氧化性能符合要求。The turbine oil of unit no. 3 in one power plant had been seriously deteriorated only after three months in operation. For this, oil quality analysis and rotary oxygen bomb test have been carried out. The results show that the main causes leading to oil deterioration are very poor oxidation resistant capability of the new oil and the residual products of deterioration in the system after replacement of new oil, resulting in decrease of fragmenting emolsion capability of the newly replaced oil. For this,af- ter oil treatment in operation by using QZZ - 6 turbine oil regeneration equipment, the bad influence of residual organic ester and oil sludge in the oil system upon the oil quality has been thoroughly eliminated. It is recommended that the rotary oxygen bomb test should be carried out during acceptance of new oil in power plant,taking the rotary bomb value greater than 300 rain as the acceptance standard, ensuring the oxidation resistant performance of new oil to meet the requirements.
