摘　　要：在某火电厂SCR脱硝装置运行19870 h后,将催化剂取出观察其外观及内部孔道,并测试催化剂比表面积、脱硝活性及SO2/SO3的转化率。将新鲜催化剂活性(K0)与所测试催化剂活性(K)进行比较,得出催化剂的活性损失值。在此基础上,提出了电厂催化剂运行及管理的建议。After 19870 hours in operation of the SCR denitrification system in one thermal power plant, the used catalyst has been taken out,and its appearance and internal pores being observed, the specific surface area,denitrification activity,and the conversion rate of SO2/SO3 for the catalyst being tested. The activity of fresh catalyst （K0） and the activity of tested catalyst have been compared,and the lost value of catalyst activity being obtained, based on this, some recommendations for catalyst operation and management in power plant being put forward.
