摘　　要：采用随机性方法,对某超临界600MW机组锅炉的P91钢高温过热器出口联箱建立失效概率模型,计算出联箱失效概率,并对影响失效概率的因素进行了分析,结合失效后果,给出了定量风险评估的结果,并据此提出了该600 MW机组锅炉高温联箱的维修策略。By using method of randomness, a failure probability model for outlet header of the high - temperature superheater made from P91 steel for boiler of supereritieal 600MW unit has been established, the failure probability of said header being calculated, and factors affecting the failure probability being analysed. Combining with the concequences of failure, the quantitative assessment result of risk has been given,and the maintenance strategy of high - temperature header of boiler for 600MW unit being put forward on this basis.
