摘 要:利用热重分析法研究了9种添加剂对煤粉燃烧性能的影响.利用TG-DTG曲线对配加不同添加剂的煤粉试样在不同温度下的煤粉燃烧率、煤粉初始剧烈燃烧温度、最大反应速率进行比较,并采用曲线拟合方法分析比较了煤粉燃烧的平均反应速率.综合热重分析得出,配加添加剂的5#煤粉试样的综合燃烧性能明显优于原煤,与原煤相比,煤粉开始剧烈燃烧温度降低了14℃,600℃时的煤粉燃烧率提高了11.94%,平均反应速率提高了8.7%.可考虑将5#试样所配加的添加剂作为煤粉助燃剂应用.The effects of nine kinds of additives on combustion characteristics of pulverized coal were studied by thermogravimetry method.The combustion efficiency under different temperatures,the intense combustion starting temperature and the maximum reaction rate of the coal samples with different additives were analyzed by thermogravimetric and differential thermogravimetric curves.Their average combustion rates were studied by TG fitting curves.On the basis of the above analysis,the comprehensive combustion performance of No.5 coal samples with additive was superior to raw coal without any additive.Compared with the raw coal,the intense combustion starting temperature of No.5 coal sample was decreased by 14℃,the combustion efficiency under 600℃ was increased by 11.94% and the average combustion rate increased by 8.7%.So it was considered that the additive added into No.5 coal sample could be used as combustion-supporting agent of pulverized coal.
