摘　　要：教育尤其是高等教育是实现人的社会化的有效措施,是社会本位高等教育价值观的要求。高校毕业生只有在工作岗位上才能实现自身的价值。国家要在整个社会真正树立以人为本的观念,重视政府与市场在高校毕业生就业过程中的作用,通过促进就业公平的立法工作,规范用人单位的用人机制,深化高等教育改革,引导高校毕业生转变就业观念等措施帮助大学生走上就业岗位并实现其个人价值。Education,especially higher education,is an effective measure for man to realize socialization and the requirement for value-orientation of higher education of social standard.Graduates from college can only realize their values on their work.The human-oriented sense should be cultivated in China,focussing on the effect of government and market in employment process of graduates from high schools;through the measures such as： improvement of fair employment,regulating of employment mechanism of the units,deepening educational reformation and leading the graduates change their concept of employment and so on,to help the graduates take proper job and realize their values.
