纬编针织衬衫面料设计

摘　　要：介绍了利用高针距单面圆纬机,结合涤纶高收缩复合丝和棉纱开发"之"字纹、纵条纹、小方格效果的高档衬衫面料的编织工艺和染整工艺。所开发的这几种针织衬衫面料手感柔软、花纹清晰,具有桃皮绒的效果。经过测试得出:该类面料的稳定性良好。This paper introduces the knitting and dyeing technology of top graded shirt-used fabric with the surface effects of zigzag,vertical stripe and lattice by using the highly-shrunk polyester composite yarn and cotton fiber yarn on the high gauge single faced circular weft knitting machine.When introducing the knitting technology,it explains the selection of raw material,equipment's parameters,needle arrangement,cam arrangement,threading modes,fabric's parameters and fabric's surface effects,and the size stability of fabric is also tested.As for the dyeing technology,it introduces the technological process and precautions including scouring and bleaching,pre-setting,reduced bath and softening treatment.
