纬编针织物风格影响因素分析

摘　　要：分析了原料、密度、线圈长度对针织物的影响。重点从纯棉产品、化纤产品、提花产品的角度分析了密度对针织物风格的影响,其中:纯棉产品中改变织物的密度将会影响产品缩水率;弹力产品会影响织物的弹性;提花产品会影响花型尺寸。简要介绍了横密对总针数的影响。This paper analyzes the influence of raw material,fabric density and loop length on the knitted fabric's style.As far as the fabric density is concerned,this paper makes a detailed introduction in terms of pure cotton knitted product,chemical fiber yarn knitted product and jacquard product.Furthermore,it also introduces the influence of horizontal density on the total number of stitches and the knitting technology of these products as well.As for the pure cotton knitted fabric,it discusses the equipment's parameters and analyzes the technology,and as for the chemical products,it describes the equipment's parameters and cam arrangement.
