摘  要:利用微波辐射技术,在活性炭固载对甲苯磺酸催化作用下以对硝基苯甲酸和乙醇为原料合成对硝基苯甲酸乙酯。实验确定了最佳反应条件:固定对硝基苯甲酸2g,n(乙醇):n(对硝基苯甲酸)=4:1,催化剂用量0.6g,微波功率322 W,微波辐射时间11 min,产率可高达98.2%。另外通过实验发现,在微波辐射下,酯化反应速率和产率均明显高于常规加热方式。p-Nitro-ethylbenzoate was synthesized from p-Nitrobenzoic acid and Ethyl alcohol using p-toluenesulfonic acid supported on activated carbon under microwave irridiation.The effects of reaction conditions including molar ratio of raw materials,reaction time,microwave power on the rate of esterification were discussed and the optimum reaction conditions were determined as follows: molar ratio of Ethyl alcohol to p-Nitrobenzoic acid 4:1,dosage of catalyst 0.6 g,microwave power 322 W,microwave irradiation time 11minutes.The yield was 98.2%.In addition,it was found that the esterification reaction rate and the product yield under microwave irradiation were higher those that with conventional heating method.
