摘　　要：肌筋膜疼痛综合征（myofascial pain syndrome，MPS）是一种复杂的慢性疼痛性疾病，好发于人体多个部位，是颈肩腰背痛的常见病因。本文从现代医学和祖国医学两方面对其治疗现状进行详细论述，并对今后的发展及研究方向提出展望。The myo-- fascia ache syndrome （myofascial pain syndrome, MPS） is one kind of complex constant pain disease, good sends in human body many spots, is the neck shoulder waist backache;s common cause of disease. This article carries on the detailed elaboration from the modern medicine and the motherland medicine two aspects to its treatment present situation, and will propose the forecast to present＇s development and the research direction.
