摘　　要：我国已进入老龄化社会，老年人口大量增加。随着全身各部位的功能退变，老年性疾病越来越多。足跟痛为老年人的常见疾病之一，严重影响老年人的生活质量和健康。引起老年人足跟痛的原因很多特点是直立行走时感觉足跟痛，严重者足跟不能着地，属中医“痹症”范畴，辨证多因肾阴不足、经脉之气痹阻所致。Our country entered the aging society, the old population increases massively. Draws back along with the whole body various spots~ function changes, the senile disease are getting more and more. Talalgia one of for senior citizen＇s common diseases, serious influence senior citizen＇s quality of life and health. Causes senior citizen talalgia^s reason many characteristics is the erect- ness walks when feels the talalgia, the serious heel cannot he well--grounded, of is the Chinese medicine ＂rheumatism sickness＂ the category, because dialectical many gas of rheumatism anti-- result kidney cloudy insufficiency, passages through which vital energy circulates.
