脑血管病偏瘫的早期康复护理体会

摘　　要：我国是脑血管病（cVD）发病率非常高的国家之一，每年至少有二百万新的CVD疚病组成。CVD致残率很高，据1983年上海市对6万名CVD的幸存者进行统计调查表明，其中90％以上留有后遗症。现代康复医学认为，任何疾病发作时，康复护理即应开始，忽视早期及较长时间的功能训练是导致永久性残废的主要原因，如能在急诊入院使用药物治疗的同时及时地进行早期康复护理，做好早预防、早训练、早指导等护理工作，就会使患者不仅保存生命，而且减少后遗症，能够重返社会。Our country is the cerebrovascular disease （CVD） one of disease incidence rate very high countries, every year has 2, 000,000 new CVD diseases to compose at least. CVD crippling rate is very high, Shanghai carried on the statistical survey accord- ing to 1983 to 60,000 CVD survivors to indicate that above 90%left leeway the sequela. The modern rehabilitative medicine believed that when any disease outbreak, recovery nursing namely should start, the neglect early time and the long time＇s faculty train- ing causes the permanent disabled primary cause, like can carry on early recovery nursing promptly while emergency medical treatment in hospital use pharmacological treatment, completes prevents, trains, instructs and so on nursing work early early early, will cause the patient not only to preserve the life, moreover the reduced sequela, can return to the society.
