摘　　要：目的：研究不同剂量缬草的镇静催眠作用，确定缬草镇静催眠活性并分析其有效作用剂量。方法：观察不同剂量对小鼠自主活动的影响以及直接镇静催眠作用。结果：缬草能显著增加小鼠睡眠率，减少小鼠的自主活动次数。结论：缬草具有良好的镇静催眠作用。Objective： Studies the different dosage valerian the calm hypnosis function, definite valerian calm hypnosis activeness and analyzes its useful effect dosage. Methods： Observes the different dosage to the mouse independent activity influence as well as the direct calm hypnosis function. Results：The valerian can obviously increase the mouse sleep rate, reduces mouse＇s independent active number of times. Conclusion：The valerian has the good calm hypnosis function.
