摘　　要：脑出血是指原发于脑实质的非外伤性脑动脉破裂引起的出血。脑出血患者以中老年人为主，其发病率、死亡率和致残率较高，患者均会出现不同程度的功能障碍。病情得到控制后常有偏瘫，失语、生活不能自理等后遗症。其中心理问题成为患者的共性问题，几乎所有的病人出现抑郁、急躁、自卑等。这些问题得不到及时的解决，不仅会影响患者的生活质量、及与家人的关系，而且会加重病情，直接影响疾病的康复，增加复发的机会。因此，精心的治疗和护理，心理调节，可以增加患者战胜疾病的信心和勇气，促其身心康复提高生存质量。Cerebral hemorrhage is refers to primary the hemorrhage which causes in the brain essence＇s non--traumatic cerebral artery breakage . Cerebral hemorrhage patient by the middle--aged person and old person primarily, its disease incidence rate, the mortality rate and crippling rate is high, the patient will present the varying degree the function barrier. After the condition is under the control, the common hemiparalysis, the aphasia, the life cannot take care of oneself and so on sequelae. And the psycho- logical question becomes patient＇s general character question, nearly all patients appear despondently, irritable, feel inferior and so on. These questions cannot obtain the prompt solution, not only will affect patient＇s quality of life, and with family member＇s rela- tions, will aggravate the condition, the immediate influence disease＇s recovery, will increase the recrudescence the opportunity. Therefore, the careful treatment and nursing, the psychological adjustment, may increase the patient to defeat disease＇s confidence and the courage, presses its body and mind to be restored to health to improve the survival quality.
