摘  要:目的:通过对兔椎体软骨终板不同部位血管芽的形态学观察,揭示椎间盘营养供应途径的超微结构特点,探讨其与渗透性的关系。方法:采用血管灌注ABS制备兔腰椎体软骨终板血管铸型标本,通过投射光显微镜及扫描电镜观察椎体终板不同部位血管芽的形态学变化。结果:终板血管在椎间盘髓核部位分布密集,在内层纤维环部位分布稀疏;终板内血管呈树枝状形态,缠绕形成微血管襻,即血管芽;在终板的内层纤维环部位,血管芽形状呈简单的襻样结构,但在髓核部位则是一种膨大且复杂缠绕的襻样结构。结论:椎体终板内血管芽的形态学存在差异,这种差异与不同部位终板的渗透性高低密切相关。Purpose: To display the ultrastrueture characteristics of intervertebral disc nutrition supply pathway and investigate the relationship between vascular buds and permeability through morphological study in different parts of vertebral cartilage of rabbit. Materials and Methods: Endplate vascular cast form specimens of rabbit lumbar vertebral cartilage were made by using vascular perfusion ABS. Morphological changes of vascular buds in different parts of vertebral cartilage endplate were observed with projection microscope and scanning electron microscope. Result: Endplate vessels distribute densely around nucleus pulposus while scarcely around inner annuli fibrosi. Endplate vessels are dendric in morphology and coil into micro-vascular loops; i.e. vascular buds. This kind of loop structure is simple around inner annuli fibrosis in contrast to an enlarged and complex twined loop-structure around the nucleus pulposus. Conclusion: There are different vascular buds in morphology in different parts of vertebral cartilage endplate. This difference may be related to the changes of permeability in different parts of the endplates.
