摘　　要：对住宅质量调查表明裂缝质量缺陷的成因，归纳起来有四个方面，即与结构设计有关的原因；与施工有关的原因；与材料性质有关的原因；与使用及环境有关的原因。文中分析多层砖混结构的裂缝原因并从结构设计、工程施工和材料选择等方面提出了有效措施。The survey on residential quality of the causes of quality defects cracks, summed up in four aspects, namely the design and structure-related causes; and construction-related causes; and material properties related causes; and the use and environment-related reasons.This paper analyzes the multi-storey brick-concrete structure cracks and structural design, engineering, construction and material selection, set of effective measures.
