鼻咽癌和肾综合征出血热患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨鼻咽癌和肾综合征出血热患者外周血T细胞水平的变化。方法：用流式细胞仪直接免疫荧光法检测健康成人、鼻咽癌（放疗前后）和肾综合征出血热患者外周血T细胞亚群（CD3^3＋、CD4^＋、CD^8＋）的百分率，并进行比较。结果：鼻咽癌患者放疗前后外周血CD8^＋细胞百分率与健康对照组相比明显升高，CD4^＋／CD8^＋比值明显降低，均有显著性差别（P〈0．001）；肾综合征出血热患者与健康对照组相比CD4^＋细胞百分率降低（P〈0．01）、CD8^＋细胞百分率升高、CD4^＋／CD8^＋比值下降（P〈0．001）。结论：鼻咽癌和肾综合征出血热患者体内存在免疫调节功能异常。Objective：To study the alteration of T cell subsets in patients with na.sopharyneal carcinoma and hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome. Methods：Peripheral T cell subsets in nasopharyneal careinoma, hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome and health control groups were determined by direct immunofluorescence using flow eytometry. Results：The rate of CD8^＋ cell was significantly increased （P〈0.001） and CD4^＋/CD8^＋ was significantly redueed （P〈0.001） in nasopharyneal carcinoma patients as compared with health control groups. The rate of CD4^＋ celt and CD4^＋/CD8^＋ were significantly reduced （P〈0.001）, and CD8^＋ cell was significantly increased （P〈0.001） in hemorrhagie fever with renal syndrome patients as compared with health control groups. Conclusion：These results suggest that the disorder of cellular immunoregulation in patients with nasopharyneal carcinoma and hemorrhagic lever with renal syndrome.
